Procedure:
- Families can schedule an optional School Meeting observation on the Events Page. Observing a School Meeting gives prospective families a chance to see our democracy in action, hear about the variety of activities happening at the school, and stay after for a discussion with staff members.
- Families wishing to interview for a place in the program may do so by submitting an Application Form here. Santa Barbara Free School staff will then contact the family to schedule the interview. The interview is an opportunity for families to ask questions and for us to provide an in-depth description of the school’s educational philosophy and practice.
- Once you’ve received an Offer of Enrollment, please complete the enrollment forms in the Parent Portal to secure a place at SB Free.
- If enrolling multiple siblings, please fill out one form per each student. However, please submit only one Payment Plan Agreement form for all siblings together to receive the sibling discounts.
